February NWCA Meeting CANCELED

We anticipate having a guest speaker at our March 1, 2023 meeting. 

There is currently 1 zoning application on the agenda for March.  It is a request to rezone the property at 980 Old Henderson Rd from C-2 (commercial) to AR-3 to allow for a multi-family residential development of 40 dwelling units on 0.97 acres.  This is the property just east of the existing Luxe 88 apartment complex. There are a number of companion variances that accompany this request that are needed for the development as proposed.  If you would like more details in advance of our next meeting you may email NWCAZoning@gmail.com.

Please send in your dues for 2023 by March 10th. You can print and complete the NWCA Membership Application, enclose a check for the annual dues, and mail it to us at NWCA, P.O. Box 20134, Columbus, OH 43220. All instructions are on the application form. You can also pay at the March meeting.
