Riverside Community Reinvestment Area (CRA)

In December 2022, Columbus City Council established a new Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) in our northwest territory (see boundry map). This will allow tax abatement for improvements and new developments that meet specific criteria for both commercial and individual properties.
