Highway Construction

The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Franklin County next week. All outlined work is weather permitting.

State Route 161 NEW IMPACTS SR 161 eastbound at Hamilton Rd. will have daily lane restrictions (9 a.m. - 3 p.m.) starting Monday, March 28 through Thursday, March 31.

Interstate 71 NEW IMPACTS The I-71 northbound ramp to I-70 eastbound will close (7 a.m. - 4 p.m.) on Sunday, March 27 for bridge inspections. Detour: I-71 northbound to SR 315 northbound to I-670 eastbound to I-71 southbound to I-70 eastbound.

Interstate 270 NEW IMPACTS I-270 eastbound and westbound between I-71 and U.S. 23 on the south side will have daytime lane restrictions (9 a.m. - 3 p.m.) on Wednesday, March 30 and Thursday, March 31.

State Route 315 NEW IMPACTS Olentangy River Rd. northbound between Highland Dr. and Henderson Rd. will have daytime lane restrictions (9 a.m. - noon) starting Monday, March 28 through Friday, April 1.
