New 311 Website!

Did you know that earlier this month the city of Columbus launched a BRAND NEW 311 Online Service Center? Now it's even easier to make 311 reports about things going on in your area. You can also see information about reports others have made in the area. The new website design is located at the same web address (www.columbus.gov/311).

Of course, new technology can sometimes be difficult to navigate. But that’s okay because the city has provided resources on how to submit a 311 request on the new site. Check out this Powerpoint and this Instruction Manual for more information.

In addition, as you were able to before, you’ll still be able to submit 311 requests via email to 311@columbus.gov or over the phone at (614) 645-3111.
