Zoning applicant; 875 Jasonway Ave. Savko Bros. Properties is requesting rezoning to M-2 district uses and M district development standards. This rezoning will allow the business owner to store construction equipment including but not limited to rollers, traction engines, steel road places, backhoes etc… on the back 0.43 acres of their lot.

Election Results will be announced at the end of the meeting.

At the June 24 Special Zoning Meeting, NWCA approved the request from Dave Fox Remodeling to redesign their parking lot to add seven spaces. The redesign will not affect ingress/egress and will not affect the view from the street or from adjacent businesses.

The Board also recommended for approval the Sheetz restaurant with fuel service at the site of the Winking Lizard and Budget car rental at Bethel and Godown. The approval includes the condition that the traffic improvements at the corner be completed before breaking ground on the restaurant/fuel station. These improvements were approved by the City and are expected to ease traffic flow and wait times at the corner.
