2906 Hayden Rd also wants to convert retail space to an eating and drinking establishment with a patio and a reduction of required parking spaces to 0. The NWCA Board voted to recommend approval.
The Refectory, 1092 Bethel Rd., wants to enclose existing outdoor dining space to allow for year-round use. They are asking for a parking space variance to reduce required spaces by 3 and to eliminate the additional 18 spaces required to 0. NWCA voted to recommend approval.
