Special Zoning Meeting
April 24 at the Meadow Park Chuch at 7:00pm
This is the revised site plan and view from the neighborhood to the south. As you can see, Preferred Living has decreased the unit count, significantly increased a number of setbacks, and provided additional parking relative to the density of the development.
NWCA plans to hear and vote on the revised proposal at the May 1 meeting. In the meantime, this special meeting is scheduled to review the changes and get comments and feedback from the neighbors.
