Habitat for Humanity store to replace Graeters

NWCA June meeting:  1128 West Henderson Rd is currently a retail store proposing conversion to a restaurant with drive-through service. This use is already permitted under current zoning. They are asking for a reduction in the parking space (from 138 to 128) and loading space requirements (from 1 to 0). The request was tabled pending additional information.

2906 Hayden Rd also wants to convert retail space to an eating and drinking establishment with a patio and a reduction of required parking spaces to 0. The NWCA Board voted to recommend approval.

The Refectory, 1092 Bethel Rd., wants to enclose existing outdoor dining space to allow for year-round use. They are asking for a parking space variance to reduce required spaces by 3 and to eliminate the additional 18 spaces required to 0. NWCA voted to recommend approval.
