Hello Neighbors–   

The Northwest Civic Association has been serving Northwest Columbus since 1967 in order to make our community a great place to live, work and raise a family.  NWCA is managed by a volunteer Board of Trustees who provides a voice to the City of Columbus, educational programs, community beautification, and social events for all residents and businesses in our service area.   Our funding comes solely from membership dues. 

 Over the past year NWCA has been very busy making our community great!  Here are just a few highlights from 2009:

• We worked with the City of Columbus and City Council to pass the Northwest Commercial Overlay.
• We worked with Sharon Township to oppose the proposed Roundabout at the intersection of Olentangy and Linworth Roads.
• We worked with Centennial High School to host the 2009 Candidates Night.
• We established the Membership Plus program, that provides discounts at local businesses for NWCA members.
• We hosted three community clean-up days at the intersection of Bethel and Olentangy River Road.
• We are currently hosting our 3^rd Annual Holiday Lights Contest and Party.
