Zoning Change Requested: Applicant is requesting a rezoning to replace the existing CPD text with new text, allow demolition of the current gas station to rebuild and modernize the site. This application came before the Board previously and was approved. The City required site plan changes to move the dumpster, correct right of way concerns, and provide screening to the neighbors on the North.
