 Zoning Change Requested: Request rezoning to allow for restaurant with interior seating and drive thru.  The existing CPD does not allow for the reconfiguration of the site or for indoor seating.

Requested action of NWCA:  To recommend approval of requested rezoning to the Board of Zoning.
