 Zoning Change Requested:  Request to relocate the exiting pharmacy drive thru from the north side of the building of the south side of the building in order to provide a pick-up window.  Variances are also requested for a by-pass lane as the proposed plan calls for a partial by-pass lane, for the Sawmill Road building, parking and maneuvering setback (30 feet to 14 feet) and a sign set back from (15 feet to 2 feet).  The last two variances are required due to a request from the Division of Traffic for an additional 28 feet of right of way dedication on Sawmill Road.

Requested action of NWCA:  To recommend approval of requested rezoning to the Board of Zoning.

Zoning Change Requested:  The applicant is seeking to ratin the minimum 30′ structure and parking setback but elimiate the 40′ maximum structure and parking setback in Zoning District CPD Z98-096 (for the Kohl’s Department Store) and create a new CPD Zoning District for the Proposed Chick-fil-a resturant.
