Graphic Change Requested:  Applicant is seeking a variance from § 3342.08 (driveway width), 3342.15 (maneuvering) and 3342.28 (parking) to allow for a lot split to place two existing multi-family buildings on their own lot.  The site is a .575 acre lot located on Kenneylane as part of Sawmill Ravine LLC. Each lot has two multi-family structures, each containing six townhouse units. The applicant is seeking to split the property such that each multi-family structure sits on its own lot. The applicant is requesting the split in order to re-finance the property in the short term and possibly sell one or both buildings in the future. The two buildings currently share a driveway and parking lot. In order to split to be approved, variances are necessary to address the driveway width, maneuvering area and number of parking spaces.
