NWCA Annual Meeting

The Annual Membership meeting is required by the NWCA Code of Regulation.  Each year we gather to vote on changes to our By-Laws, award the Henderson Award for Community Service, honor our “Good Neighbors”, review our yearly progress, and hear from community leaders.
